This exquisitely renovated two bedroom residence serves as an ideal destination for a mountain retreat. It is characterized by its bright and welcoming atmosphere, offering breathtaking mountain views from three private decks. Conveniently situated just minutes from downtown Winter Park and roughly three miles from the Winter Park Resort, the property also benefits from a free town shuttle that stops directly in front of the complex, providing effortless access to both the ski area and downtown.


The ground level unit features an open floor plan adorned with hardwood flooring and contemporary furnishings in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace, a DVD player, and a 50 inch flat screen HDTV, all of which can be appreciated from the spacious sectional sofa. Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck equipped with a BBQ grill, offering stunning views of the Winter Park Resort. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.


The kitchen has been enhanced with stainless steel appliances, newly installed cabinets, and countertops. Additionally, there is a small breakfast bar that seats three, conveniently located next to the main dining area, which features a table capable of accommodating six individuals.


The master bedroom is spacious and features a queen-sized bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for children, equipped with a captain's bunk bed, its own private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. Additional amenities within the unit include a pack and play, along with all necessary toiletries and linens supplied.


The property offers a range of amenities, including a newly installed spacious outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry services and complimentary parking.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great spot
This was a great spot for a ski getaway for us. The location is very convenient and loved the shuttle stop to the resort being right at the condo. The fireplace was nice and the kitchen was in great shape. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Winter Park
Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days of skiing at Winter Park. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and exactly as advertised. We found everything we needed for our stay. We even enjoyed some sledding on the hill outside the condo thanks to a couple of sleds that are kept out on the balcony. The check-in process was easy and communication was good. We'd stay here again.

winter retreat
Ahhhhhh...winter retreat! This great space has a warm and relaxing mountain vibe with a view off the porch of The Fraser Valley. After a day on the slopes, you really don’t need to go anywhere. Nor will you want to after a soak in the hot tub! New appliances and everything you need in the kitchen with a big table to enjoy dinner together. There are also updated, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a big comfy couch to watch movies until you hit the slopes again. Very clean and welcoming. The bus picks you up right at the end of the parking area and will drop you right at the center of the ski village (and even downtown, too! We just hit the slopes on our short trip). We are looking forward to our next ski trip and can’t wait to come back and stay longer than just a few days to explore this adorable ski town!

Wonderful Ski getaway
Wonderful Ski Getaway. What a wonderfully unexpected condo! My husband and I have stayed at several all over Colorado and this one was a great get away for us. There are decks around the unit providing wonderful views and the fireplace was warm and cozy! We caught the free Winterpark Orange shuttle to the ski resort. A short walk from the condo. We loved that we didn’t need to drive and park at the resort! The kitchen has everything you would need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return for a much longer stay!

Great location
Great location. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The bus stop is a half block away and was super convenient for getting to the resort for skiing but also a perfect location as it’s close to town for dinners, etc. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled and everything worked perfectly. I’d highly recommend.

There is free outdoor parking for up to 3 cars for this unit.  There is no garage parking available.
