The kitchen has been enhanced with stainless steel appliances, newly installed cabinets, and countertops. Additionally, there is a small breakfast bar that seats three, conveniently located next to the main dining area, which features a table capable of accommodating six individuals.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a queen-sized bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for children, equipped with a captain's bunk bed, its own private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. Additional amenities within the unit include a pack and play, along with all necessary toiletries and linens supplied.
The property offers a range of amenities, including a newly installed spacious outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry services and complimentary parking.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
