This expansive two bedroom accommodation, which comfortably sleeps six, boasts a bright and welcoming atmosphere complemented by stunning views of the surrounding forest from its two private decks located on the second floor. Conveniently situated just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately three miles from the Winter Park Resort, it offers easy access to both the ski area and the downtown via the complimentary town shuttle bus service that stops directly in front of the complex, making it an ideal choice for a ski vacation rental.


This condominium features two bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, encompassing an area of 1,029 square feet. It boasts an open floor plan, enhanced by newly installed hardwood flooring throughout. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, tile flooring and a breakfast bar that accommodates four individuals. The unit is located on the second level, accessible via an elevator from the parking area to the building level, with an additional two flights of stairs leading to the unit itself.


The living room features a gas burning fireplace and a 45 inch flat screen HDTV, which can be viewed comfortably from the spacious sectional sofa. It is conveniently located next to the dining area. Additionally, one can step out onto the private deck, offering picturesque views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.


The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a Queen-sized bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for children, equipped with Captain’s bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top, along with access to the expansive private deck and the hallway bathroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper.


The property offers a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, and a dry sauna. Additionally, there is a small fitness room, a yoga studio, a spacious game room and laundry facilities available for a fee. Guests can also enjoy complimentary covered parking in the open garages for one vehicle, with extra parking available outside.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Ski trip lodging
Space was as described and plenty for our family of 5. Linens and bathrooms were low quality. There were no extra sheets for the pull out upon arrival but the management company delivered that evening upon contacting them. The unit was mostly clean but the couch had dog hair on it. It was nice to have the indoor pool, hot tub and arcade in the building. The free shuttle was right outside the building and a nice perk to not have to walk far or drive with our ski gear. Overall it was fine and no real issues and worked well for our short ski trip.
