This charming studio unit is ideally situated in a prime downtown location, conveniently near various shops, restaurants, and year-round activities. The free town shuttle stops directly in front of the building, making it an excellent place to unwind after a day of outdoor enjoyment.
The open floor layout features newly installed flooring across the entire space, with hardwood in kitchen and bathroom, and fresh carpeting in the main living room. The living room is equipped with a plush sofa, perfect for unwinding while watching the flat screen TV and taking in the scenic views of the town and the Continental Divide. A double Murphy bed accommodates two guests and can be discreetly separated from the main area by a pull curtain for enhanced privacy. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper available in the living space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for meal preparation. It features a compact breakfast bar that accommodates two individuals, along with a dining table that can seat an additional two. This unit is located on the first floor of the building.
Important to be aware that this is not equipped with a fireplace or a private balcony.
The amenities at the clubhouse feature an indoor heated pool, hot tubs available both indoors and outdoors, a fitness center, and an outdoor firepit, providing a perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or riding.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Everything was great
Everything was great except the beds. Both the bed and sofa bed were horrible. The bed itself was extremely firm and very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was so lumpy and and felt like it was going to fold itself back in. Other that the place was clean and a great location. Answer:
The review was in reference to the sofa sleeper mattress and not the full size bed. At this time we are working to get the sofa sleeper mattress replaced, but if you have only 2 persons the regular bed will work or if you have small children the sofa sleeper will work. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building.
