Unwind in the primary living area, situated in front of the gas fireplace or indulge in your favorite television programs on the flat screen TV. The private deck offers breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys, particularly at sunset, along with a BBQ grill and a cozy dining space for the warmer seasons.


The dining space is strategically positioned between the primary living area and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The main dining table accommodates up to eight guests comfortably, with extra seating available at the breakfast bar for three individuals. The kitchen features hardwood flooring, granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Additionally, there is access to the washer and dryer located on the main floor.


The upper loft space offers a serene escape from the main level, showcasing glimpses of the mountains and a cozy nook for relaxation. The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed, a flat screen television, vaulted ceilings complete with a ceiling fan, a small sitting area and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a tiled shower.


The lower level of the townhome features two bedrooms and a full bathroom conveniently located in the main hallway. The second bedroom is equipped with a captain’s bunk bed which includes a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, along with a small workstation suitable for handling emails or work tasks. The third bedroom contains a queen-sized bed.

The property offers several additional amenities, in-floor radiant heating throughout, including complimentary WI-FI, a one-car heated garage for parking, access to the complimentary town shuttle service, and a location hat is conveniently near hiking and biking trails. Please note that air conditioning is not available

Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
