Description

The Telemark townhomes offer opulent interior design and premium finishes that provide an exquisite retreat. Each unit is equipped with standard features such as four-panel interior alder doors and trim, pendant-style lighting and an energy efficient radiant heating system. Ideally situated in downtown Winter Park, these townhomes are in proximity to various activities, shops, restaurants and the complimentary town shuttle service.
This condominium features one bedroom and one bathroom, with an open floor plan that spans 681 square feet. The unit is adorned with hardwood flooring throughout, with the exception of the bedroom, which is newly carpeted and accommodates pets.
The open-concept layout features 9-foot ceilings, complemented by a delightful kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and alder wood cabinetry, making it a pleasure for culinary enthusiasts. The living room is furnished with a spacious and comfortable sofa, a gas fireplace, a 48 inch flat screen HDTV and a cozy dining area that accommodates four guests.
The private patio can be reached via the living room through the sliding glass doors and features seating arrangements along with a BBQ grill.
The bedroom features a spacious closet, a queen-sized bed, a flat screen HDTV and direct access to a private patio. The main bathroom is equipped with new countertops and a shower/tub combination. Please note that there is no air conditioning available. Additionally, there is parking for one vehicle in the garage.
Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation.

Great spot for a couple or small family spending a weekend in WP! Only about 3 miles from Winter Park Resort with tons of restaurants and coffee shops right outside the front door. Highly recommend checking out Fontenot’s across the street!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super cozy and very pet-friendly, which was perfect for us. There are great walking paths nearby for the pups, and several restaurants within a short distance. It’s also only about 7 minutes from the ski resort, which made everything incredibly convenient.The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the mattress and pillows to make them a bit more comfortable. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here.

The booking was for 3 people...we knew it had one bed and a sofa bed...so we expected bedding for the sofa bed, but sadly there was none, nor pillow cases for the numerous spare pillows.

Great little spot tucked away off the main drag in winter Park. Minutes to any restaurant/bar and a quick drive/bus to the ski resort. Super nice to have a garage for all the boards, gear, etc. Having perk coffee shop right out the front door was definitely... a perk! Will book again in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this condo. Clean, spacious, good amenities. Travel crib was good quality. Attached garage was nice to have. Plenty of kitchen equipment, blankets, and towels. The only downside was no cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper. Not necessarily expected, just be prepared if you are bringing your own meals to cook, that you will need to bring everything. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Everything went fine once we found the unit. It does look like some boilerplate info used for telemark rentals needs updated. Our instructions took us past the road we needed, and we ended up taking our trash with us since we couldn’t find the bin “in the parking area” as described. Other than that, the unit was as described and a nice weekend away for us.

The “double” checkin process with Airbnb and Stay is cumbersome. Had to provide the info twice (e.g CC, phone, email). Was getting instructions from both Stay and Airbnb and they didn’t always line up correct or complete. I’d rather just rent from Stay next time assuming it’s the same price or better as I don’t see the value Airbnb provided in this instance.

Great spot in Winter Park just off of Main Street that was perfect for a last minute trip with our family of 5 (two adults, two toddlers, medium sized dog). Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal when we arrived (including a natural gas grill that fired right up and with clean grates) and it's location is hard to beat.

Nice and cozy

It was a very walkable location and close to the Fraser river trail and a few other hiking/biking trails to use in the summer. The fire place was very nice and cozy. The place is very close to others and you can easily hear the neighbors.

Great location

Stay worked well for a brief getaway. Was able to walk to the shuttle to winter park and grocery/restaurants. Space worked well- sparsely equipped- no extra pillow cases, paper towels or spices (other than salt and pepper). But good for a brief stay.

Telemark was wonderful

Our stay for a couple of nights in Telemark was wonderful. The space was big enough and included all the necessities. The management company was very responsive when we needed assistance. Our only complaint would be the bed in the room. It was very uncomfortable and seemed to be falling apart. Outside of that issue, there were zero other concerns. Would stay again.

Great spot out of the craziness of downtown but close enough to walk to. Nearby area to walk the dogs with plenty of trash bins along the way. Quiet area with wildlife occasionally walking through, we saw a fox walk right past the back patio! Garage was really nice to have.

My husband and I and our dog had a great long weekend! We parked in the garage and never had to drive. The location is perfect for walking to trails and restaurants. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We loved being right next to the market to grab a couple things and cooking meals. The condo complex was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Answer:

Yes we can accept up to 2 dogs in the unit and the pet fee is included in the overall cleaning fee. We do offer discounts for 2 nights or more unfortunately not for 1 night.
