On the second floor of the building, this 3 bedroom unit has 1,450 square feet and a 1 car garage. Please note there are a number of stairs to the unit and no elevator at the property.
In this unit, the open living room has a wood paneled wall to accent the vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings and has some nice in room amenities that include a gas fireplace, TV with VCR, queen sofa sleeper, free Wi-Fi access and no air conditioning.
Adjacent to the main living area, a dining room provides access to the private balcony and seating for 8 persons. The mountain view from the private balcony is also a view to enjoy while dining at the table.
An open kitchen has all appliances, wood cabinets, small breakfast bar and lots of counter top space for meal preparation.
Access to the main floor bedrooms is the main hallway and one full bathroom.
A large master bedroom has one queen bed. Second bedroom also has one queen bed. Overlooking the dining and living room areas, is the upstairs open loft for the third bedroom with full bathroom and two twin beds.
The Timber Run property has access to one outdoor hot tub and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
