This lovely decorated unit has 1,200 square feet on the first floor of the building. Please note that there are approximately 6-8 steps to the unit as the ground floor has the 1 car garage.
In the main living area, access to the private balcony with mountain views, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, queen sofa sleeper, free Wi-Fi access and no air conditioning.
Open view to the living and kitchen areas, the dining table is solid wood and has seating for 6 persons.
Adjacent to the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, wood cabinets and all utensils for cooking and eating.
The master suite offers a queen bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom is off the living room with two twin beds and access to the second bathroom and washer/dyer.
At the back of the building there is one outdoor hot tub and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
