This unit has two interior levels with 1,450 square feet encompassing 2 bedrooms plus a loft and 3 bathrooms with Wi-Fi access.
The living room offers a gas fireplace with wood paneled accent wall, vaulted ceilings, TV with VCR, queen sofa sleeper and other comfortable furnishings to relax. No air conditioning.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area has a large table with lots of chairs for meals and provide access to the private deck.
Newer appliances are in the kitchen with wood cabinets, lots of counter tops space and window with mountain view.
On the main floor of the unit, the master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds and hallway bathroom with washer and dryer. The upper level of the condo has the secondary master suite with queen bed, full bathroom and small wet bar area.
Please note there a quite a few stairs need to climb to access the unit and there is no elevator at the property.
Additional bonus amenities in unit include washer and dryer and 1-car garage.
There is one outdoor hot tub at the property for all guest to use and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
