This is a third floor unit with 1,450 square feet of living space offering in unit washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi access.
The large living room area has vaulted ceilings which are accented by the east facing windows and access to the private deck. There is a gas fireplace, TV with VCR, queen sofa sleeper and no air conditioning.
A dining area is centrally located between the living and kitchen areas with mountain views and seating for 8 people.
In the kitchen, new appliances and flooring compliment the wood cabinets and white counter tops.
The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional full bathroom accessible from the main living room area. On the upper floor of the unit, the master bedroom suite has a full bathroom, queen bed and wet bar area complete with small sink and fridge.
Guest may use the 1 car garage for parking and any additional parking is available outside.
Please note there is no elevator at the property and a large number of stairs to climb to access the 3rd floor.
The common area outdoor hot tub is available for all guests and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Old unit
Our stay was comfortable and the unit is cozy. However, we were amazed that this condo hasn’t been redecorated or refurbished in any way since it was built in the 1980s or1990s. The kitchen is 30 years old, the furniture is old and doesn’t really match, the carpets are worn, the photos on the walls are faded, and the posters are from the early 1990s .. I know because I had them hanging in my office in 1991. By the way, the description indicates that this is a split level unit (it isn’t) and that there is a washer and dryer in the unit (there isn’t - You have to walk to another building.). It doesn’t seem fair to charge 2023 prices for a unit that hasn’t been remodeled since it was built 30 years ago.
