This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the first floor of the building and has 1,200 interior square feet.
In the living room guests will enjoy a gas fireplace, TV with VCR, modern comfortable furnishings and a queen sofa sleeper, free Wi-Fi access and no air conditioning.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area offers a solid wood table with chairs that will accommodate 6 persons for meals and access to the private deck. There is a small mountain view from the deck.
A fully equipped kitchen has wood cabinets, all the cooking and eating utensils and new flooring.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom and there is an additional full bathroom accessible in the main hallway from the living room.
This unit also offers a washer and dryer and 1 car garage parking.
Please note there are stairs to climb to access the first floor of the building and there is no elevator. The ground floor of the building is reserved for the garage parking.
In the front of the building there is one outdoor hot tub for all guest to use and on the free town shuttle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
