In the primary living space, there is access to a private balcony that offers mountain views. This area features very comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy the flat screen television, and the views! Please note that there is NO fireplace in this unit.
The main dining area is conveniently located between the main living room and kitchen with a large table for a wonderful spot to enjoy meals.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, custom tile back-splash and all necessary utensils for cooking.
The primary suite features a queen-sized bed and a en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the living room, the second bedroom contains a double bunk bed and provides access to the second bathroom as well as the washer and dryer.
A complimentary town shuttle stops in front of the main entrance to the complex and guests can also enjoy the outdoor hot tub.
Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. The Homeowner Association regulations do not allow guests to bring pets or smoke on the premises, and these rules are enforced rigorously. A fine of $200 per day will be imposed on guests who violate these policies.

Yes this unit is open for these dates.
Our payment policy is for a 35% deposit at the time of booking and the final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival date. The deposit would be refundable less a processing fee prior to the final payment due date. Once the final payment is made all monies are non refundable unless you opt to take out travel insurance.
