For your next mountain getaway, this well-appointed townhome is an ideal choice, featuring stunning vistas of Vasquez Creek and a prime location within walking distance to various restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, you will have direct access to the free shuttle service providing effortless transportation to Winter Park Resort.
Upon entering the townhome, you will be greeted by vibrant, expertly selected furnishings and picturesque views of the surrounding woods and creek. The main level boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for even the most discerning chef in your group, along with a dining area and a living space featuring a warm gas fireplace, a large flat screen Smart TV, and access to one of the three patios available in the home. Additionally, a convenient half-bath and a coat closet are located on the main floor.
The den area living room located on the lowest level serves as an ideal setting for reuniting with family and friends, featuring a cozy sectional sofa. Here, one can enjoy a favorite film on Netflix, or engage in a friendly wager at the card table. This level is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, along with an additional bathroom that includes a stone shower. Step outside to the community picnic table to appreciate the scenic views of Vasquez Creek, or remain indoors to play music through the Smart speakers installed throughout the residence.
There are three bedrooms available for selection each evening. The topmost floor features a spacious primary suite equipped with an adjustable king-size bed, a large Smart TV, a sitting area, and a primary bathroom that includes a standing shower.
One level below the main floor, you will discover a second primary suite, which also has an adjustable king-size bed, a private patio that offers soothing sounds of the nearby creek, a large Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks.
The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, suitable for an adult or two small children; it serves as an ideal retreat for enjoying a cup of coffee while catching up on that book you’ve been wanting to read. Additionally, both living areas are equipped with a queen-size American Leather comfort sofa sleeper designed for the comfort of both kids and adults.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the lower level, gas fireplace, three private decks, 2 car outdoor parking and close to the free town shuttle route stop. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. Guests found smoking will be fined $200 per day.
