Great walkable location to the downtown restaurants and shop. Clean, newer condo with a massage chair that was a hit after snowboarding all day. Third bedroom is not a traditional room but the kids enjoyed it.

The only annoyance was that there was a lot of the owners personal things in closet and under beds. The bunk room offered no where to put your things. Other than that, it was great!

We really enjoyed staying at the property while we skied at Winter Park. The ski bus stop was only a block away and made it easy getting to and from the resort each day. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community also had a nice heated pool and hot tub, which we used after skiing each day. The only drawback is that there were no TVs in two of the bedrooms, but at least the bunk room has its own TV. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Winter Park

Great location and clean and modern accommodations. Only concern we had was that this was listed as a 3 bedroom unit. However, the "bedroom" with the bunk beds probably would not qualify as a bedroom to most reasonable people. We still enjoyed our stay and loved Winter Park. Overall, we would very much recommend this property to anyone looking for a 2-bedroom condo (with extra beds) near WP.

The place was great and location was amazing. Only thing we were bummed about is hot tub and pool not open due to COVID. We asked before we booked and they said it was open. We know it is crazy times though so still is a great place to stay!

This was the perfect fit for our group of 6. The patio is awesome with gorgeous views towards the south or northeast side! The condo is extremely convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants & shops. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfy as well as the top bunks in the "Bunk room". (As I was informed by my 11yr old.... lol) The condo is a beautiful home with a lot of natural wood furnishings bringing the mountain feeling indoors. We are already looking forward to planning another trip sometime this winter. I wouldn't recommend having more than 6 adult size people, I've a feeling the living space would be a bit overwhelming. Other than that, I highly suggest renting this home. Hopefully the elevator will be repaired before our return!

This is one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed at in terms of overall experience. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with and everything is set up so nicely in the unit. I don't typically write reviews, but this property really is exceptional. The location makes everything very easy to get to. It's a quick <5 minute walk to get to the bus stop for the resort and plenty of shopping and eating options. Inside, everything is very nicely set up. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room with 5 separate beds. Everything inside is new and updated. The coffee nook is a nice touch! We'll definitely be looking for availability here the next time we visit Winter Park.

Our family of 4 had an outstanding stay in this condo. The location was perfect! Hideaway Park is located just across the street with a great sledding hill, the back is like a winter wonderland for snowshoeing or building a snowman and it’s walking distance to restaurants and shops. Having stayed at several ski town condos, this condo had the best stocked kitchen supplies and was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Tim & Terri!

We really loved this 3rd floor Trailhead Lodges condo with views of Continental Divide and also ski slopes from another direction. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Even plenty of coffee for the Keurig! Thanks , Terri. The beautiful wood dining table made by the owner is perfect for a number of people. The beds are very comfortable . All of the effort by the owners made our ski vacation wonderful. Extremely impressed with our stay here! This property is exactly as pictured! Terri and Tim have all of the comforts of home here, and was perfect for our family’s vacation in Winter Park. It was like being at home, they have everything you need for preparing meals, to relaxing by the fireplace. This was a surprise trip for my husband as a mid-tour leave vacation, and he kept repeating how impressed he was and that he can’t wait to come back here again. We made some great memories, and are incredibly thankful for the experience!

This beautiful condo was amazing for our party of 8 including 1 toddler- very clean and stocked with everything for your cooking needs as well as towels/sheets/pillows/games. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus and great to use after a long day of skiing! Condo has an elevator and is in walking distance to the ski resort shuttle, restaurants, sledding hill, and a liquor store (to name a few). The grocery store is only a half mile away as well, so we took 2 large suitcases and walked groceries back home without an issue. The communication with owners, Terri and Tim, was great from time we rented until we left. They were very quick with responses even when we had a last minute question on how to start gas fireplace; just leave switch on for about 30-60 seconds and it starts on own. Some of our family had a delay in their train departure and Terri/Tim were extremely accommodating on letting them stay longer than 11am checkout (as Tim was on his way to condo and they were able to hold off the cleaning crew). It was great for some of our family to meet owner, Tim, who went above and beyond by driving our 3 remaining family members to a restaurant by the train station with all their luggage!! Thank you Tim and Terri!! We hope to stay at your condo again when we return!

We've rented a number of properties over the years and this condo is at the top of our favorite list. Finally, the location of the condo is also great with it being within walking distant of a number of restaurants and bars.

Tim and Terri’s condo in Winter Park was the perfect spot for us to stay this summer. Great location close to the park for our one-year-old son and very walkable, close to shops, coffee, and restaurants. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. There was 8 of us and there was no shortage of towels, kitchenware, pillows...etc. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and Terri was spot on with answering questions and giving recommendations for what Winter Park offers. The condo was centrally located to numerous outstanding restaurants. Hideaway Park Brewery was right around the corner (3 minute walk) and the vibe and beers were great. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening and staring off at several snow capped mountain tops. The FREE black line bus stop was a block away and will take you to Winter Park Resort and many other great locations in the area and is very easy to use. You will not go wrong renting this home and we can’t wait to return. Almost forgot!...hideaway Park was steps from the front door which provided a great place for the kids with a rock wall, slide, play structure, skate park and area to toss or kick and ball! The kids loved the heated pool as well! Thanks Terri!!!!

This was our second long-term summer stay in the condo, so we knew what we were getting. The condo was very clean, and it is tastefully furnished. We had a very nice stay during spring break. Our last day of skiing they got 10” of fresh snow as a bonus! Tim and Terri’s condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of five. They have thought of everything, right down to the massage chair to relieve the sore muscles after a full day of skiing. Location is right in winter park, an easy walk to shops/restaraunts, and short drive to the slopes. We very much look forward to staying here again!

This is our second time to this condo, and we’re coming back again in a few weeks. Her booklet led us through everything we could've needed. The location of this condo is perfect - steps from Hideaway Park, the shuttle to the Winter Park Ski Resort, and walking distance to all of Winter Park's restaurants. Our stay at the Trailhead Lodges exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return! Terry was very accommodating, the condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy. It was also filled with all necessities, from soap and shampoo to detergent. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the Safe Way is a mile or 2 down the road, very easy to find. The instructions, which were listed in the booklet provided after we booked our stay, made it super simple to access the unit. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation in Winter Park/Fraser.

We have rented many properties over the years and this one is outstanding. Did not feel like a rental but a home. The kitchen was well stocked, with every utensil, condiment and amenity needed, including a bottle of wine and a bottle stopper to keep it fresh! Beds were comfortable. Outlets convenient for charging devices. Washer and dryer were great and detergent, soaps and shampoo were provided. TV had plenty of options and the massage chair was a hoot. We did not take advantage of the Lyft bus but drove a short 5 minutes to mountain parking lot. Many great choices for dinner within walking distance or 5 min drive on a cold night. Highly recommend.

Our family just celebrated Thanksgiving at this condo. It is more like a home than a condo. It is all on one level and laid out perfectly. The decor and furnishings are top notch and up to date. The owners have furnished the property with everything you could possibly need (all kitchen appliances/utensils, extra blankets, tons of towels and linens, cookbooks, games, etc.). The condo is very quiet, yet located within an easy walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops... and the free ski bus to the ski resort. Great outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. This is probably one of the nicest mountain properties we have experienced. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this wonderful condo for two months this summer. Some of the time was shared with friends and family, but mostly my husband and I just enjoyed the time together. As someone who likes to cook, I appreciate how well the kitchen was equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were in excellent condition. We had good wifi connections and television options. The furnishings in the condo are very nice. Tim and Terri were quick to get back to us regarding any questions we had, and they were very accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend this condo.

I can't say enough about this rental. We had an absolute wonderful time! The decor is amazing and kitchen stocked with everything you could need. My kids loved the futon bed and double bunk bed "nook". The other bedrooms were comfy as well. Overall the complex was easy to get to and close to both Fraser and Winter Park resort so a great centralized location. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the year round heated pool. Terry and Tom made it so easy and we felt very welcomed upon arrival and everything went as it should making check in/arrival super easy! Definitely stay here if given the chance! We stayed in this beautiful condo Feb 18 - 25, 2017 and could not be more pleased or recommend it more highly. It's basically a new property, all fresh and clean and furnished with a gourmet kitchen and stunning furniture and furnishings handmade by the owners! Terri and Tim are the consummate VRBO hosts who really thought of everything and are readily available to make sure everything goes smoothly. They truly want you to enjoy your vacation in their beautiful space and it shows. Communication is key and there is none better than Terri! Large open living plan, gas fireplace, huge deck with great views, comfortable bedding, well stocked with towels and other amenities. Clean, fresh, new, convenient....not sure what more you could ask for! The condo is perfectly situated in Winter Park behind the famous Hideaway Park. Truly, you don't even need a vehicle...we took the shuttle back and forth from Denver Airport and never needed a car as once we were there the free town shuttle took us every where we wanted to go. With the new Ride Hop app you can see exactly where the Town shuttle buses are at any moment right on your phone, (Thanks Terri for that tip!) While it is the 3rd floor condo there is an elevator so no worries there. We rented a locker at the mountain and left all our ski gear, helmets and boots right in the locker for easy and light 10 minute "commute" on the shuttle....well worth the investment! Apres ski was a dip in the hot tub and heated pool just steps from the condo. We cooked some fabulous meals in their brand new, modern and well stocked gourmet kitchen, as well as went out a few nights. I highly recommend Heck's (Hex) at Devil's Thumb Ranch for a unique dining experience. In short, this property receives my highest recommendation and my family and I look forward to future stays and more great skiing. Who knows...maybe we will even try a summer visit! Again, kudos and thanks to Terri and Tim on their great condo and thoughtful hard work to create such a wonderful oasis and to make it available here on VRBO.

We really did have a great stay here. The location is perfect - an easy walk to main street for multiple restaurants and shops. And my daughter loved the sledding park right across the street. The complex did a great job of keeping the road and parking lot cleared of snow. We had a minor issue with not getting fully hot water in one shower, but the owner got an maintenance person out and it was fixed in just a couple of hours. The unit is very well stocked with everything you need. Well, you need to provide your own food, of course, but there was a good supply of spices and condiments and all kitchen stuff. One downside - the bunks are awkward to access. They've been custom built into the space, but they are pretty high and the railings to climb up are narrow and hurt our feet. My kids (10 and 12) wouldn't sleep up there so we had to shuffle sleeping arrangements around a bit. It was great to have that space for the kids to watch tv and play games, though.

We recently ordered a ladder to improve access but unfortunately the weather delayed delivery so it did not arrive for your stay. We will also be there on January 20 to make a few other adjustments to improve access and overall comfort of the bunks. And the kids (8, 10, 12 years old) will test it out for us. Our stay in this condo was beyond an amazing experience. The owners were so wonderful and so helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed during our stay. the fully stocked kitchen was awesome, we used it for every meal. The views from the condo are beautiful from every room. The heated floors make getting out of bed at night enjoyable! Super comfy beds and cozy living room area with gas fire place. Our 7 year old LOVED the "bunk bed" room. He made it his little cave the entire stay. He loved that it had a playstation with games already there and his own tv with movies and all the shows he loves. We were so happy with the location of the condo. It is centrally located to either ski in winter park or Granby Ranch. The shopping center right across from the condo made going out at night or renting snowboarding gear super easy. The 3 bedroom condo easily accommodated our family of 5 with plenty of space without feeling crowded. We were very surprised walking in that the condo is way more spacious from what the pictures show! We Thank Tim and Terri so much for their hospitality and we will without a doubt be staying here again! Couldn't ask for a better Christmas Getaway!
