This lovely, renovated 3-bedroom unit features 2 levels on the second floor of the building, providing a tranquil environment and convenient access to downtown Fraser’s dining options and breweries. The hourly shuttle to Winter Park Ski Resort stops near the main entrance. An ideal family condo that accommodates up to 9 guests, it is located next to the Fraser River, offering access to hiking and mountain biking trails in the warmer months and snowshoeing in the winter.
The main level boasts hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and cabinets, as well as a dining room. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and access to the large private deck with mountain views, outside dining area and BBQ grill.
On the main floor, you will find the primary and second bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The updated full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms. A small nook area is perfect for storing jackets, shoes and boots after outdoor activities.
The upstairs loft area offers 2 double beds and a separate bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom.

All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The condo is on the second floor of the building and has 2 interior levels.
Common area amenities include indoor hot tubs and coin operated laundry.
Parking: Garage is not accessible. Outdoor parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars, while a trailer can be parked in the long drive. Please note there is no parking allowed on the street.

All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
