The Neighborhood
A central valley location between Winter Park and the Granby lakes, near Pole Creek golf. This is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by pine forest. A great centralized location to all the outdoor resorts, activities and adventures in the area. Please note that guests must arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transit route, and an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during heavy snowfall.

My family & I had an amazing stay here at the Stay Winter Park’s residence. It was peaceful, quiet, homey, & most of all, well worth it. Aside from the home not offering air conditioning, it wasn’t much of a problem as the fresh air from the outdoors countered any need for air conditioning. The place was clean & ready for “move-in” conditions. I had now hassle in staying aside from the main doors access control box that wouldn’t take the code — had to constantly use the garage door to enter & exit the house but it wasn’t much of a problem, the scenery mad that problem go away. Additionally, I don’t know if the septic system installed is an issue but often times the house would give off an odor stench that reek. After some time it would disappear but reappear after a day. However this didn’t ruin the experience as we spent much of our time exploring & seeing what the neighborhood has to offer. In all, I would definitely come back & stay for another vacation.
