The primary entrance is located on the ground floor, where guests can unwind in the open floor plan that includes a living area equipped with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television, a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and access to a spacious private deck offering breathtaking mountain views, including those of the Winter Park Ski Resort. A double Murphy bed is available, accommodating two guests.
Within the open floor plan, the dining area features a custom pendant light and can seat up to five guests, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen showcases tiled flooring, new countertops, cabinets, and appliances, along with all necessary essentials for meal preparation during your stay.
The main level also includes a fully renovated bathroom and access to the washer and dryer.
On the upper level of the condo, the primary bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling, a cozy sitting area furnished with a futon and a lounge chair, a King-sized bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub.
The second bedroom is spacious, featuring a vaulted ceiling, a flat-screen television, a corner desk area, a queen-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
