Plan your escape to this magnificent pet friendly Winter Park Colorado Vacation Home. This spacious home offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a perfect family getaway with 3 bedrooms, 2,790 square feet of living space on 3 levels and minutes away from Winter Park Resort!


The main level has an open floor plan encompassing the gourmet kitchen, dining area to seat up to 8 persons and living room with large windows for a lovely forest and mountain view, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and a large deck with BBQ grill. A half bathroom is also on this level.


On third level, the master bedroom suite has Queen bed, access to private deck, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, double vanities, and enclosed shower. Outside the bedroom is an open loft area with a small sofa, a great spot to relax and read a book.


The lower level has a den area with eclectic artwork, flat screen TV, queen sofa sleeper and access to the private patio with outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed with private bathroom. A third bedroom has Queen bed with large windows supplying a mountain view. The laundry room has a high-end washer and dryer.


Located 2/3 of a mile from main street in downtown Winter Park and 3 miles to the Winter Park Resort and on the free town shuttle. Parking is available for 2 cars only in the garage. Any guests that will be staying with more vehicles will need to park additional cars in the public parking structure located near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.


General rules: No smoking allowed – there is a $500 per day fine for violation of this rule. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

Lovely home
Spread out over three floors there was plenty of space for two families, including four children. Location was convenient to town and the resort. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice spot for everyone to gather. Hot tub was great.

Less than 10 minutes to ski lift & great townhome!
This place was great for our family and dog. It was less than a 10 min drive to the ski lift which was so convenient, close to shops and restaurants but also had plenty of privacy overlooking the trees and mountains. The kitchen had every amenity you would ever need, they had board games, sleds and extra blankets. Great place overall.

We loved our stay in Winter Park.
The views from all three levels were amazing. There was a lot of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was great for making most of our meals. The laundry downstairs was very convenient. The kids took the two rooms in the basement and loved the hot tub outside on their patio. We would definitely return!

The house was perfect for our friends weekend.
Check-in was easy, everything was as described. The views are better than they show in the photos! Easy walking distance to local breweries and central to the hikes and climbing areas we wanted to go to. Great stay overall.

Great location. Beautiful view. Fantastic home. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks so much for fixing the bed!!! One recommendation, for the queen size pillows, have pillow cases that fit. It bothered that a portion of the pillows stuck out of the pillow case.

Winter Park Ski House
ad a fantastic time staying in Winter Park. The proximity of the mountain and town made the rental a perfect place to stay for groups. Has all the amenities you would need to enjoy your time. Beautiful mountain views make for a stunning morning!

This was a beautiful townhome that was exactly as advertised! The views were stunning and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great townhouse
Very well appointed, clean and nice property. The location was beautiful and a very quick drive to town and Winter Park. Patio furniture would be nice on the deck but other than that everything was perfect!
