Organize your escape to this splendid pet friendly vacation residence in Winter Park Colorado. This expansive home provides all the comforts and amenities essential for an ideal family holiday, featuring three bedrooms and 2,790 square feet of living space spread across three levels, all just minutes from Winter Park Resort.
The primary level features an open-concept design that includes a gourmet kitchen, a dining area accommodating up to eight individuals, and a living room adorned with expansive windows offering picturesque views of the forest and mountains. The space boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a spacious deck equipped with a BBQ grill. Additionally, a half bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
The primary bedroom suite, located on the third level, features a Queen-sized bed, access to a private deck, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is an open loft area furnished with a small sofa, providing an ideal space for relaxation and reading.
The lower level features a den equipped with a diverse collection of artwork, a flat screen TV, a queen-sized sofa sleeper and access to a private patio that includes an outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin bunk bed and includes a private bathroom. Additionally, the third bedroom contains a queen bed and boasts large windows that offer a view of the mountains. The laundry room is fitted with a premium washer and dryer.
Situated two-thirds of a mile from the main street in downtown Winter Park, and three miles from the Winter Park Resort, this location is also accessible via the complimentary town shuttle. The garage accommodates parking for two vehicles only. Guests with additional vehicles must utilize the public parking facility located near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.
Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation.

We had an amazing family trip and could not have asked for a better location. We were right at home and able to cook all together in the large kitchen with all the pots and pans provided! The bedrooms were huge and very comfortable. The hot tub was private and provided a really nice way to relax after skiing! Less than 10 minutes to ski lift & great townhome!
This place was great for our family and dog. It was less than a 10 min drive to the ski lift which was so convenient, close to shops and restaurants but also had plenty of privacy overlooking the trees and mountains. We loved our stay in Winter Park.
The views from all three levels were amazing. There was a lot of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was great for making most of our meals. The laundry downstairs was very convenient. The house was perfect for our friends weekend.
