Our Fairways townhome is an upscale contemporary getaway situated near the base of Granby Ranch Resort offering lots of amenities, two interior levels and provides guests stunning mountain vistas from a private balcony and plenty of interior space with two living rooms and a private outdoor hot tub and an interior design that is meticulously crafted with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout the main floor and new carpeting on the lower level. This 3 bedroom unit will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The main living area has plenty of comfortable furnishing surrounding the gas fireplace and flat screen TV and plenty of windows allowing for abundant sunshine to penetrate the overall ambiance of the room accented by the vaulted ceilings. The private balcony is easily accessible from the living room and has plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit table - great for smores!
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area has a large table and will seat six guests. The gourmet kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats two guests, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and access to the front patio with BBQ grill.
The main level has two of the bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, full en-suite bathroom and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.
The second level of the home offers a secondary living room that is spacious and includes a flat screen television, electric fireplace and large wet bar to grab drinks and snacks; access to the private patio from this room where guests can enjoy a private patio for relaxing and taking in the views or soak in the private outdoor hot tub after a day of fun filled adventures and nighttime star gazing. The laundry room offers a full sized washer and dryer and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite full bathroom are also located on this lower level.
Additionally, the property includes outdoor parking for up to two cars, free WI-FI, 4 Smart TVS with cable steaming services, please note that there are three window air conditioning units available.
Please note there is a ring doorbell camera and ring powered security system throughout the house.
For a fee of $20 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
