Top notch customer service when we reached out for help. Jim came that same day and took care of things. Ice maker or ice cubes. For out-of-town guests, a small cooler to keep drinks cold as you take your day trips would be helpful.

Loved our stay! The place was so clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed. So easy to get to Grand Lake and RMNP. Very quiet area. I highly recommend this place! Thank you to the hosts who were very responsive to any questions we had!

Super clean and great place to stay. Had everything we needed when cooking! It was the perfect place for 4 people! Really easy getting inside. The beds were super comfy. Perfect short drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain NP entrance. Only thing I suggest is bringing a fan when going in Summer it gets extremeley hot in bedrooms.

The 4 plex was clean and new, clean and has very comfortable beds ! Loved having three bathrooms two of which were right off the bedrooms. It was not very far from hot springs, the lake, hiking trails and restaurants. Even though there was no AC it was still cool and comfortable in the house.

Comfortable bed.
We stayed in June, and it was very quiet with barely anyone else around us.

This is a very nice, upscale stay. Super clean and comfortable and put together. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. This particular area is still under construction, but everything was quiet during our visit. The photos show a pool and workout room which weren't actually at this property. But loved our stay anyhow.

This place was great! Close by the Hot Sulfur Springs (which was our reason for staying overnight). Our time changed and they accommodated a second night without a hassle, even though we didn't ask until a week in advance. The provided lots of kitchen amenities! The bedroom situation was perfect for our composition (2 couples). The grill outside was great, with the porch having a beautiful view (as it snowed). Overall, great place.

Great location, 30min drive to Rocky Mountain. Instructions need to be more specified. You need to call host to get access into house. Place was clean with quiet neighbourhood. But Really Nice place for the price. Would love to be back in summer!
