Perfect for two families, including your pets! seeking ample space to unwind, this home features two separate living rooms, providing the ideal setting to spread out and relax in comfort; enjoy the lovely views from the private deck, take a relaxing soak in the private outdoor hot tub and take advantage of the great location - centrally located to all the great outdoor adventures in Grand County.
The open floor plan has hardwood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings accented with plenty of natural light from the large windows in the living room where you can enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite programming on the flat screen television. This area provides easy access to a private deck with views of the surrounding valley and golf course while during the warmer months you can have meals outdoors or admire the sunsets.
The adjacent dining area will seat up to six guests with three additional spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops and wood cabinetry.
This main floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, views from the windows and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a great option for children in the group with twin bunk beds. The second bedroom is accessible to all guests in the main hallway.
The lower level of the home has a large secondary living room with plush furnishings, flat screen television, access to the private patio where after an exhilarating day outdoors, you can retreat to the comfort of your private hot tub. Picture yourself immersed in warm water, surrounded by the stunning vistas of the mountains – a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate your senses. The bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed and double futon if you need a quiet spot to enjoy a good book. The hallway bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. The laundry room provides a full sized washer and dryer.
Home amenities include complimentary WI-FI, pet friendly, washer and dryer, private outdoor hot tub, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots in front of the home.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
We are 400-450 steps from a ski lift where you can access the slopes of Granby Ranch. Convenient access to Golf Granby Ranch, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest, you're strategically located for a variety of experiences, all within a quick 30-minute drive.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
