Experience a beautifully renovated cabin in the heart of downtown Fraser, offering all the amenities for an ideal family retreat. This location is conveniently within walking distance to various restaurants, breweries and shops. Additionally, the property is accessible via the complimentary town shuttle, providing effortless transportation to the Winter Park Resort or the downtown area of Winter Park.
This cabin features vaulted wooden ceilings in the expansive main living area, providing ample space for relaxation and social interaction. It is an ideal setting for engaging in conversation and playing games, complemented a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and by in-floor radiant heating that ensures warmth for your feet during the winter season.
The primary kitchen is an ideal setting for any chef, featuring ample space, a custom backsplash, and a spacious bay window above the sink that offers picturesque views of the yard. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a generous pantry and a compact breakfast bar that opens into the main living area, accommodating up to three individuals. Furthermore, the expansive kitchen provides additional seating for four more guests during mealtimes.
The rear part of the residence features an additional entrance that leads to the private patio with a small area to enjoy the outdoors and a private hot tub. A spacious mudroom, which offers ample storage for outdoor equipment, coats and jackets. This area provides direct access to both the kitchen and the laundry room, which is equipped with counters and a sink.
The main floor also has the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, sitting area with desk and en-suite spa themed bathroom including a soaking tub, dual vanities with individual mirrors and tiled shower encloser. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and access to the second hallway bathroom.
The upper level of the residence features a spacious open floor plan that serves as a secondary living room. This area is enhanced by numerous windows, a ceiling fan and luxurious sofas arranged around a flat screen television and has a small alcove with two twin beds for additional sleeping area considered the third bedroom.
A wet bar area is great for grabbing drinks or snacks before heading out the private deck to enjoy any part of the day to soak in the mountain views and the mountain ambiance during the evenings with the electric firepit.
A dedicated work station has views of the surrounding neighborhood, mountains. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on this level as well. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed. These two bedrooms share access to the main bathroom in the hallway. The fifth bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and spacious custom vanity.
Guests may access the backyard through the rear entrance, where they can appreciate a modest patio space and a grassy lawn enclosed within a fenced.
Parking is available in the private driveway of the residence, with a garage accommodating two small vehicles or one large SUV. There is also additional outdoor parking in the driveway. Guests are advised that parking on the street or in the adjacent church parking lot is not permitted.
Smoking and no pets are allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules. It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke or have pets on the property. Violators will be fined 500 per day.

What a beautiful home fully stocked and perfect for a large family or group. Has a hot tub, garage and large mud room with washer and dryer. The property manager was very quick to respond which was appreciated.

A wonderful place to stay! Everyone can have their own space but also lots of places to all hangout. We loved the puzzles, hot tub, and kitchen table for family dinners after a long ski day. We’re already planning for our second stay!

This home was truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced. We chose it for a Thanksgiving ski trip with family and friends, and it exceeded every expectation. We comfortably slept 10 people in the house and hosted 15 for Thanksgiving dinner without feeling cramped.
The location is fantastic— the Winter Park ski bus stops about 100 feet from the front door and had us on the mountain in just 10 minutes. Our kids loved being able to walk a few blocks into downtown Fraser for food and indoor golf at Birdies. And we loved being able to walk to the breweries and coffee shops.
The brand-new 7-person hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family, especially after long ski days. We’re already planning to rent this home again for spring break. Highly recommend.

Loved it!
Fraser was fun and enjoyable. Downtown Fraser is a really fun spot to be. We were very pedestrian and walked to the nearby breweries and food trucks.

The free town shuttle stop is approximately 25 yards from the house and runs once an hour
