This beautifully maintained 5-bedroom mountain home sits on nearly 10 private acres with jaw-dropping views of the Winter Park Ski Area, the Continental Divide, and the Indian Peaks. The home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, with plenty of room to host family and friends and will sleep up to 13 guests.. After a day of outdoor adventure, unwind on the patio around the built-in fire pit or soak in the hot tub under a canopy of stars.
Main Level: The grand entrance of the home has vaulted ceilings and a spot to leave your coats, shoes and has a small porch to sit and enjoy the mountain views. The main level of the home features a spectacular and inviting living space with stained concert flooring, adorned with exposed wood beams on the vaulted ceilings, large south facing windows to enjoy the sweeping valley and mountain views. There is plenty of comfortable furnishings that surround the flat screen television and gas fireplace. You can easily access the private deck which is ideal for a dining spot during the warmer months or to take a break after enjoying all of the area’s outdoor adventures. The adjacent dining area has a large table and chairs that will seat up to eight guests and a custom built china cabinet for storage of plate settings and a prep area for buffet style meals. The chef’s dream gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with breakfast bar with seating for up to four guests.
The primary bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, private deck and spa themed en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure with steps leading to a lovely soaking tub.
This level also has a large room that serves as the den and library - perfect to have a quiet space to enjoy a good book, games or just relax. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. The large office area is equipped with custom built desk space if you need to catch up on emails, schoolwork or remote work. The oversized laundry room has washer, dryer, and plenty of storage.
The lower level of the home is no less impressive with a secondary living room with hardwood flooring through, plush furnishings that surround a flat screen television, wet bar area and access the private patio with magnificent valley and mountain views where you can take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor firepit to enjoy under the starry night skies. The game room has a pool table and ping pong table for indoor fun for all ages.
There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, sitting area in the window alcove and en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each have a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan with access to the hallway bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a set of twin bunk beds.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, 50” smart TV with Xfinity cable, private deck, private porch, private patio with firepit, gas fireplaces, game room, 2 living rooms, laundry room, wet bar and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway for up to 4 cars. Please note that due to the home’s remote location, all guests will need to have their own transportation and AWD or 4 wheel drive. There may be times during the winter months when heavy snowfall will result in a delay of plowing on the county roads.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
