The cabin features a primary entrance door leading to a series of stairs that ascend to an open floor plan. This area is adorned with numerous south facing windows, which permit abundant sunlight to illuminate the space, complemented by vaulted ceilings. Please note that there is no fireplace in the unit
The cabin features a generous open layout that integrates the living, dining and kitchen spaces, allowing guests to engage in social activities and collaborate on meal preparation. The entire area is adorned with hardwood flooring, complemented by plush sofas arranged around a flat screen smart television. Additionally, there is access to a private deck, which serves as an ideal location to appreciate the serene wooded environment and glimpses of the mountains.
The contemporary kitchen is comprehensively outfitted with all necessary amenities for effortless meal preparation, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry. Dining options are provided at the breakfast bar and a small nook.
The cabin includes two bedrooms; the primary bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a Captain’s bunk featuring a twin bed on the upper level and a double bed on the lower level. Additionally, there is one full bathroom that boasts a custom vanity and a tiled walk in shower.
The unit includes a streaming TV service, a lack of air conditioning. Please note there are security camera on the outside of the cabin viewing the driveway.
All guests can easily access great outdoor adventures and activities from the cabin for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing on over 70 acres of private land.
A vehicle with All Wheel Drive or equipped with snow tires is recommended for accessing this home during heavy snowfall. The property includes a outdoor parking only and guests cannot park in front of the garage doors.
Smoking and pets are not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules. It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke or bring a pet onto the property. Violators will be fined $200 per day.
