In the winter, you can also catch sights of the snow trails of Granby Ranch Ski Resort and in the summer months, hear the rodeo from Flying Heels Arena. The living room boasts a modern vibe with plenty of seating that surrounds the gas fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings, and there is a flat-screen TV for enjoying movies or your favorite shows. You can also access the private deck which provides outdoor seating for drinks or meals in the warmer months, BBQ grill and views of the surrounding mountains and nearby golf course.
The dining room accommodates up to six guests - extra two chairs are in the bedrooms; and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar, and is conveniently located near both the main living area and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with new countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island for an extra spot while preparing meals. There is also a half bathroom.
The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, small sitting area and an en-suite full bathroom with dual vanities and tiled shower enclosure. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.
The entry level of the townhome provides easy access to the outdoors, heated 2 car garage and allows for a mud room area to help store all of your outdoor gear. The main hallway provides access to the laundry room, den/office area with work station, comfortable sofa and queen sofa sleeper if you need additional beds for sleeping two extra guests.
The bedroom and on shared hallway bathroom on this level include a third bedroom contains two twin beds. All rooms on this entry level offer a view of the golf course.
Guests have parking available in the two car heated garage and two additional vehicle in the driveway. Please note that there is a ring camera on the premises.
All four bedroom sleeping areas offer ceiling fans to provide solace in the summer or open the windows to invite the fresh mountain air. Guests can access the free public transportation service, which is a 4 minute walk, if you want to visit any of the local attractions, restaurants or outdoor activities in Winter Park, Fraser and nearby Granby. Our home is centrally located for you to enjoy many of the most requested attractions, Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake (27 minutes away), Winter Park Ski Resort (25 minutes), Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa (20 minutes), Hi Country Stampede Rodeo (18 minutes), Granby Ranch Resort (7 minutes) Flying Heels Arena and Grand Elk Golf Club (2 minutes).
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets or smoking, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation.
