The Home
This inviting and roomy private residence offers an open floor plan with a second-floor main entrance and a split interior with stairs. The spacious living room features numerous windows providing forest views, a wood stove, a flat-screen television, and comfortable seating. It seamlessly connects to a dining table for six and a modern kitchen equipped with appliances, wooden cabinetry, and ample countertop space. Guests can unwind on the expansive private deck or utilize the convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer. Please note that there is no air conditioning, and outdoor parking is limited to three vehicles in the driveway only.

The Neighborhood
A central valley location between Winter Park and the Granby lakes, near Pole Creek golf. This is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by pine forest. A great centralized location to all the outdoor resorts, activities and adventures in the area. Please note that guests must arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transit route, and an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during heavy snowfall.
