This inviting and roomy private residence is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, providing ample space for families and friends to come together for a brief weekend or an extended visit in the region! Take pleasure in the expansive private deck that boasts forest views, an open floor plan featuring 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, and is conveniently located near year-round outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
The spacious and welcoming living room features numerous windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding forest, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is equipped with a wood stove and a flat-screen television, complemented by several comfortable sofas and chairs. Adjacent to the living room is the dining table, which accommodates up to six guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The kitchen seamlessly connects to the rest of the living area and boasts modern appliances, wooden cabinetry, and ample countertop space for meal preparation. The laundry room, located just around the corner, houses the washer and dryer. This main level also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, easily accessible from either bedroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a sitting area with two rocking chairs, and a full en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level of the home, you will find the primary bedroom suite, which includes a ceiling fan, a king-sized bed, a television, and a full bathroom with a large walk-in closet, providing a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep.

All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The home has a second floor main entrance and split interior with stairs.
Parking: Outdoor parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway only. Please note there is no parking allowed on the street.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.

House Rules: No smoking is not allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
