Welcome to our home at 200 Quill Court.
A wonderful 4 bedroom vacation home located in Fraser a the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge. This home has a carefully curated interior decor, 2 living room spaces, private outdoor hot tub on the patio, dedicated laundry room, garage parking and will sleep up to 9 guests with 3 interior levels offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their vacation time with us.
Main floor: The open floor plan design that merges the living, kitchen, and dining spaces, forming an ideal environment for social gatherings and dining experiences. The front entry to the home has a tiled floor, bench and space to store your outdoor coats, jackets and footwear. The main living space has hardwood flooring throughout, exposed wood beams on the ceiling. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar accommodating three guests, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to engage with your party members in the dining and living areas. The adjacent dining area can seat up to six. The main living area provides numerous spots to relax by the gas fireplace, offering a genuine mountain retreat experience and allows you to watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The private patio, accessible from the living area, serves as the perfect place to enjoy tranquil evenings, unwind in the hot tub, rejuvenate yourself after partaking in the various outdoor activities available nearby or enjoy an outdoor meal in the warmer months. There is a secondary private deck also accessible from the living room to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. Additionally, a powder room is conveniently located on this level.
Upper Floor: There are three bedroom suites that offer a place for everyone to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite features a Queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dedicated work station and en-suite bathroom equipped with a dual vanity sink, soaking bathtub and a tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with single vanity sink and a shower/tub enclosure. The third bedroom provides a King bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a full en-suite bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub enclosure.
Lower Level: The open den area also serves as the fourth bedroom and serves as an ideal retreat for younger guests, featuring a Captain’s Bunk (double on the bottom/twin on the top), a sitting area with a sofa for watching the flat screen TV, a second dedicated work station and a bathroom with dual vanity and tiled shower. This level also has the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Please note that there is a security camera at the front of the garage and on the back patio.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, flat screen televisions, private patio with outdoor seating area, BBQ grill and private hot tub; private deck, 2 dedicated work stations, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and 1 additional vehicle can park in the driveway. Please do not park on the complex streets.

Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
