The topmost level boasts a generous and open loft, providing an excellent area for engaging in a game of foosball or unwinding in front of the flat screen television on the comfortable sofas. This level also includes the remaining three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom features two Queen beds along with a cozy sitting area that allows for enjoyment of the scenic views. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the sixth bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the home’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
