The 3 bedroom home offers 1,812 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for your loved ones to sprawl out and get comfortable. The spacious living room is full of natural light, vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, features plush seating, a gas fireplace, a large television and access to the covered deck with BBQ grill and outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and numerous kitchen gadgets. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for up to four guests. Right next to the kitchen, you'll discover the charming dining area, large enough for family-style meals seating up to six guests. The half bathroom is located off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom is also on the main level of the home; featuring a king-sized bed with custom log frame, access to the private deck, a gas fireplace for enhanced mountain ambiance, and en-suite spa themed bathroom with walk-in shower, and a jetted tub.
The upper level of the home offers an open den area with ceiling fan, access to the upper level private deck, comfortable sofa to enjoy the flat screen television and has a therapeutic pull-out mattress forest views. The second full bathroom can be accessed from the den area or directly from the second bedroom. In the second bedroom, guests can get a good night’s rest on the queen-sized bed. The third bedroom offers a Captain’s bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top).
Additional features comprise a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary internet access, and a 24-foot covered deck furnished with a barbecue grill, seating arrangements and an outdoor firepit.
Parking is provided in the two-car garage, accommodating one additional vehicle in the driveway.

Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
