This remarkable mountain residence showcases beetle-kill hardwood flooring on the main level, highlighted by hand-hewn wooden plank ceilings and two distinct living room areas, along with a balcony equipped with a firepit and a private outdoor hot tub.
On the primary floor’s living area, you can take in the magnificent mountain and lake views from the south facing windows, enjoy relaxation on the cozy furnishings, the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and easy access to the large deck which is an ideal spot to enjoy outdoor dining in the warmer months or cozy up to the firepit while taking in the mountain and lake views.
The open floor plan encompasses hardwood flooring throughout, the living room which is adjacent to the dining area with seating for up to six with additional spots at the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen, modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully equipped with all you need for making great meals during your stay.
A full primary bedroom suite has a king-bed, lake views from the large windows, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure and a bonus feature of access to the main private balcony.
The second bedroom on this level has a king-sized bed and flat screen television. The second full bathroom is accessible to all guests in the main hallway.
The lower level of the home has a spacious second living room area with a comfortable sectional sofa that surrounds a flat screen TV for a quieter getaway from the main level of the home. This living space also has a large wet bar area for easy access to drinks, munchies while watching your favorite programs and access to the private patio with small seating area and private outdoor hot tub to relax after enjoying all of the outdoor adventures in the area.
The main full bathroom is accessible in the main hallway as well as the full laundry room. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and the fourth bedroom is a great escape for the kids with a Captain's bunk bed - double bed on bottom and twin on top.
Our home is within close proximity (within 6 miles) to downtown Grand Lake where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, live theater shows and western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Additional amenities include a 1 car garage parking, laundry room, in-floor radiant heating, outdoor firepit, private outdoor hot tub, gas fireplace, wet bar area and please be advised that air conditioning is not available.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and 2 additional spots in the driveway. Please no parking on the residential streets.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
