Good morning, The posting states that pets are allowed, I wanted to confirm that two dogs would be permitted. Additionally, I know most rentals do not allow any parties or events, but I figured it was worth an ask, just in case. I was hoping to have a family gathering in Colorado this fall (October 2024). Only 7-8 individuals would spend the night, but there would be 20 people over for an afternoon/evening. I wanted to contact you to see if this would be something that would be acceptable at your airbnb.
