Good morning, The posting states that pets are allowed, I wanted to confirm that two dogs would be permitted. Additionally, I know most rentals do not allow any parties or events, but I figured it was worth an ask, just in case. I was hoping to have a family gathering in Colorado this fall (October 2024). Only 7-8 individuals would spend the night, but there would be 20 people over for an afternoon/evening. I wanted to contact you to see if this would be something that would be acceptable at your airbnb. We would leave the house as we found it and be respectful of neighbors regarding loud noises after hours. Please let me know your thoughts on this, thank you for your time! Kaitlin

Yes pets are allowed at the home for up to 3 dogs. The pet fee is included in the overall cleaning fee.
We can allow for small gatherings at the property as long as the 20 people are not staying over night and there would be a separate fee for events which you can contact us directly for specific pricing and additional information.
