Weddings: You can rent the home for a small intimate wedding with a maximum of 10 people being able to sleep over at the home. All parking, set-up and site rental are subject to additional rules and costs.
NO SMOKING. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $500 per day if they smoke on the property.
