The Home
Spread across two levels, this spacious retreat is designed for easy days outside and comfortable nights together. The upper level opens into the main gathering spaces, featuring a living area with leather seating and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and full size appliances. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats eight for family dinners or a big breakfast before heading to the mountain. On the lower level, a comfortable living and game area features a Fire TV and a foosball table. Step directly outside to enjoy the private hot tub and propane fire pit under the Colorado sky. A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer provides added convenience.

Granby is a quieter mountain base near Granby Ranch, positioned for both Winter Park skiing and Grand Lake days. Set at the base of Granby Ranch, this home is tucked alongside the wide open beauty of the mountain landscape. You are perfectly situated to access Granby Ranch Granby Ranch Resort is just 1.9 miles away for year round activities and downtown Granby is 3.3 miles away for shops and dining. Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on a public transit route, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended during heavy snowfall.
