The cabin has 2 entry points, with the main front door leading to a spacious area next to the kitchen, complete with built-in storage for outdoor gear. Additionally, you can reach the private deck from through the entry connected to the living room.


The spacious layout of the cabin combines the living, dining and kitchen areas, providing guests with the opportunity to socialize and prepare meals together. In the expansive living room, an electric wood stove offers a cozy ambiance for relaxation and warmth. Additionally, the cabin is equipped with TV service and a new DVD player connected to a PC via HDMI cord for streaming content to the TV, making it the ideal choice in the absence of cable TV and TV stations.


The dining area is conveniently located near a fully equipped kitchen, making meal preparations quick and easy. Additionally, there is a half bath near the main entrance on this floor.


The office is well-suited for work or school, featuring a large desk and a lovely forest view. The cabin is equipped with a convenient stacked washer and dryer.


The cabin upstairs features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other bedroom includes 3 twin beds along with a trundle bed, which is perfect for children.


It is crucial to mention that the master bedroom provides access to the full bathroom for the shower.


On the main level, the master bedroom suite features a separate entrance for extra privacy, a king-sized bed, a bathroom vanity, a large closet, and a small sitting area perfect for enjoying the electric fireplace.


The unit includes a DVD player, a designated workspace, a private deck, a grill, a streaming TV service, a lack of air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.


A vehicle with All Wheel Drive or equipped with snow tires is recommended for accessing this home during heavy snowfall. The property includes a 2-car garage for parking.


Smoking and pets are not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules. It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke or bring a pet onto the property. Violators will be fined $200 per day.

Would stay again.
Great location to stay in, highly recommended. Shower in the master bathroom needs a little work so the shower head does not hit the wall but otherwise it was a great stay for my group and I. The host is always responsive and provides all necessities and instructions.

Cute Cabin in Beautiful Fraser
The cabin was cute, clean and just right for a family of 6. The location is beautiful and perfect. The area is quiet and great for peace and getting away from the craziness and the grind of the city. The area is still close enough to get to Winter Park which has plenty of stores, restaurants and festivities for the family! The view is gorgeous!! The only set back was the 3 beds were smaller for a couple of our family members who were over 6 foot, other than that we loved the place and had a wonderful time!

Comfy!
Comfortable and roomy for our family to be able to stay together. Plenty of parking and a nice outdoor space for kids to play. The kitchen was great. Just 1 full bath downstairs with none upstairs was a little inconvenient, at times-

Amazing!
Place was great! Very quiet neighborhood and the garage is huge! Kitchen was well equipped and the cabin was cozy warm. There was a small issue with lack of garage key (previous renters didn’t return it) but that was resolved quickly by the awesome staff.

So amazing!
Amazing location close to hikes, trails, town, etc. we stayed for a little over a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay! There's also a really nice kids park just a few minutes away from the house that our kids (3 ans 1) enjoyed. Clean house and definitely will be back next time we're in Colorado!

Great for a weekend get away
We overall had an amazing time. Plenty of space for everyone. Newer washer and dryer. Not a bad view from any window in the house. But overall for the price and space we had a really great time. Loved the short drive to winter park each day. Thank you!

Cozy getaway in Fraser!
The family and I loved this cozy little cabin tucked away in a quiet area right outside Fraser. I was the solitude we needed for a few days, but still close to town for groceries and restaurants.

Lovely family getaway
We did a family reunion here, with a party of 8. It was a great time and we enjoyed the property. The checkin process could’ve been a bit smoother. Lights on the front entrance. Salt and sugar in pantry would’ve made this a 5 not 4-star review.

Good stay
This cabin is exactly as pictured. It's a cozy, welcoming space that we truly enjoyed. An area for improvement would be ensuring the house is better stocked - we only had a few paper towels left on the roll, only a couple of coffee filters and no olive oil in the pantry. In my experience, those core pantry items are usually readily available.

Quite nice.... but did need a few light bulbs replaced, window blinds did not work in master bedroom, and tv did not work. Would have liked a propane BBQ. Overall, very nice stay.

Relaxing oasis, can't wait to return
We LOVED the house itself, the location, the views, everything. By the end we were looking up housing for-sale nearby. The views out of the house were incredible in nearly all directions. The house has enough privacy to feel secluded yet is within a walkable neighborhood and just a few minutes drive from town. The living room was roomy, the kitchen worked great, and the beds were comfortable - what more could we ask for. We hope to come back again and stay even longer next time. Thank you!

Where is this in relation to Glenwood springs. Also are there any rivers near by

Answer:

Our cabin is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours from Glenwood Springs.  There are rivers and lakes nearby at Grand Lake which is 40 minutes away.

I am wanting to book but can a shuttle bring us to the property. How far is it from the resort, and is there free shuttles to the resort. Also if the flight gets there before 3 can we check in

Answer:

Yes the shuttle can take you to the property, however, there is no public transportation from the home to other areas once you arrive.  We recommend that if you book this home to have your own transportation.

The home is 4 miles to the Winter Park Resort.

For early check-in requests, we can look to see if the room is clean and ready 24 hour prior to the arrival date and there may be additional fees for early check in.
