This charming pet-friendly 3-bedroom retreat offers a cozy getaway for up to 8 guests and easy access to downtown Fraser's breweries, restaurants and great year round outdoor activities.
A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space. Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer.
Guests enjoy complimentary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a covered garage for 1 vehicle and outdoor parking for two on the driveway. No air conditioning.
A pass to Club Meadow Ridge is included for up to 8 guests at one time only. Access to Club Meadow Ridge which is a short walk from the condo offers an outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.

Great unit for a ski break in Winter Park. 10 minute drive to the slopes. The unit is spacious and the kids bunks were super useful too.
Thermostat needs mending because the unit was cold on arrival and absolutely boiling during the stay. We had to use fans and open windows as the thermostat would not go below 79.
The unit would benefit from a welcome guide as we didn’t know where the pool was or how to access the covered garage. The hosts were friendly and responsive though and helped with our questions. Despite small things we’d 100% stay again, great space and kids loved the sports centre with free access.Dee - Posted: 4/4/2026

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was as described and place was very clean and so nicely decorated. Stunning views!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 448 Cranmer Road Unit 103 in Fraser, Colorado. We commented throughout the stay about the quality of the kitchen accessories, the unique and thoughtful decor, the cleanliness, and of course the beautiful view. We were five adults and 2 young children and the bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect. Everyone was comfortably acmmodated and there was enough room for all of us to enjoy the common space together. We definitely found the Fraser/Winter Park area full of activities to enjoy and the local atmosphere in mid-August was not super crowded with traffic and people. Spacious beautifully updated condo with incredible view and small patio/yard! great for dogs though not fenced. The Phish and owl decor and mid century furnishings felt cozy and personable. Plenty of room for four plus a baby and would stay again with family or friends, though would hesitate with toddlers or small children due to the breakable decor and high end furnishings. Otherwise great spot for adults, babies, and older kids. And maybe I missed this in listing but beware of stairs down to the condo which required extra caution navigating with a baby + gear and older parents. This was the best AirBNB I’ve stayed in thus far. This listing was just as described. It was extremely clean, very central to many of the excursions I participated in, and had the most perfect view of the mountains. The host was quick to respond when I reached out with questions.
