A full size washer and dryer is in the hallway along with a full bathroom and office area with desk if you need to do some work or for the kids for any schoolwork. The bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
