The main dining area is open to the kitchen and living room with extra seating at the breakfast bar. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with BBQ grill, wonderful mountain view and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.
The master suite on the main level offers a King bed with flat screen TV and large bathroom with dual vanities and walk in tiled shower.
The lower level has another living space with gas fireplace, plenty of games, books and entertainment for the whole family. The private patio is easily accessible from this room to the private outdoor hot tub.
The lower level bedrooms have a queen bed with en-suite bathroom as well as the kid’s room with private bathroom and custom built in bunk bed. The unit will sleep a total of 10.

We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smokes. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.
