Overall the property was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone so we loved that. Very clean.. 5 stars!What could have made it better:- master bed was fine, but guests in the two other bedrooms complained that the bed mattresses were not comfortable. Felt a spring coming through in one mattress for example. Mattress toppers would help dramatically or just update the mattresses in those other rooms.- Lastly, the kitchen was great, but could use some basics like salt & pepper, generic cooking oil, few basic spices. Not allot, but something instead of nothing.- If you want to be rock star.. include an outdoor gas grill. We would have loved that!Thanks again. With a few tweaks we hope to be back!

This home was just as described on vrbo. Our family from Denver included two young adult sons, a fiancée, and their Golden Retriever. The place was spacious yet cozy, and we enjoyed snowshoeing, tubing, eating good meals, and playing board games and puzzles around the spacious dining table. We would love to return.

We did try to vaccum in which it didnt work, and we tried to broil in oven in which didnt work either but other then that was a very good stay we definitely will return

Very nice home, well taken care of. However the comfort left much to be desired. Effectively inoperable fireplace and a poor heating system left the unit cold at all times. Couches and furniture are uncomfortable, no real area for the family to relax together. very quiet and lovely area.

This is a great, family (and pet) friendly house. We stayed a little over 2 weeks to get away from it all. The house is in a quiet, private (not gated) neighborhood. The area has lots of places for walks and all the neighbors/visitors that we saw were all really friendly. Safeway is a down the hill (2 minute drive) and has everything you need. The house had a few dishwasher tablets to get us started, but I was glad we brought detergent for the washer. Our teenage kids were glad to have their own rooms, and a shared bathroom (the third bathroom is in the basement with a bonus room and the laundry room). Check-in was fairly easy, as the door has a remote/electronic/wi-fi lock. Once we had the right code (we were sent the wrong one), it was easy to get in. We were glad that the “Stay Winter Park” (property manager) still had their offices open so we could get help. They were friendly and helpful and got us in quickly. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (even with a garlic press!!!!). Everything you need is there. There is even filtered water (plumbed at the sink) and from the refrigerator. We were really surprised, but really glad that we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The fireplaces (inside and out) had clear directions on them, though we did not use them. It was a wonderful place to stay and get away from it all!

This is a great place to base for a ski vacation. Up just outside of town, close to the grocery store, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A cavernous two-car garage makes early morning drives to the resort a bit more bearable. Tons of space inside as well. The master bath was awesome. Fantastic shower. Only small gripe was limited TV channels. Seems to only have the most basic package. No sports, no kid channels, just the basics. We didn't really mind, but others might.

This is a beautiful home right on the bus line. Great bed/ bath setup, nice kitchen and homey living room. Never even used the media room but it looks complete. We got 2 cars in the garage, and the road and driveway were cleared after a 6 inch snow

This home was exactly as advertised, a very lovely maintained home in a great location and spotless. There was absolutely no disappointments. Internet worked great and note when it says no tv, this is very true. That said, bring your favorite DVDs should you have some of those that you love to watch on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked for those who like to cook. It snowed while we were there, and the morning snowplow had the driveway and road plowed before hitting the slopes in the am. We would stay here again but for our dog’s inability to get up the wooden stairs to the bedroom so we had to carry her up and down, but that’s no fault of the home!

Very clean and spacious home with quick access down to 40 but feels quiet at night. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen all have plenty of items for what you need and the heated garage is a nice bonus on snowy nights.

The home blew us away, we come to Colorado to get away from the drama and spend Christmas together. This is our third year in Colorado for Christmas, driving from St. Louis… and this was by far our favorite stay. BEAUTIFUL home. It snowed every day, so thankful for the garage to park in, no defrosting or scraping! The home was large, more room then expected… an absolute perfect stay. Well equipped, a fireplace with eco logs provided, large closets and clean spacious bathrooms. I dont have enough good things to say!
