The open loft overlooks the main living space below and has one queen-sized bed and a double-sized bed to accommodate four guests. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning.
The property boasts a variety of amenities including outdoor hot tub, a swimming pool with large sun deck, a fitness room, communal BBQ area with picnic tables available during the summer months, coin operated laundry, work out facilities, sauna, locker room, common area lobby with lounge area and small convenience store.
Guests are required to have their own transportation, as public transit is not available. Parking is provided in the outdoor lot.
No Smoking and No pets allowed onto the property as prohibited according to the Homeowner Association’s regulations, which will be strictly enforced, with a 200 fine for any violations.
