This rental townhome, which is pet-friendly, provides a peaceful retreat with two spacious living areas that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. It has been renovated to offer all the amenities needed for a fantastic vacation experience.
The main level features a spacious living area with furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows showcasing mountain views. Access to the front deck is also available for relaxation. The kitchen includes a small island, granite countertops, 5 burner gas range and a pantry leading to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built-in grill, and overhead radiant heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for up to 8. The master bedroom on the main level offers a king bed, TV, attached bath, powder room and access to the rear deck.
The upper floor provides a view of the spacious living area and includes a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunks beds, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan.
The lower level features a family room that leads to a back patio with a 7 person hot tub. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath, laundry facilities, and living area with a sofa sleeper.
Complimentary WI-FI access. Guests can also enjoy the use of paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, and fishing poles on site.
Please be aware that this townhome is not accessible via public transportation, so guests will need their own transportation. There is a 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Kindly note that campers or trailers are not permitted in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed as per HOA regulations.
Smoking is prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking will be subject to a $500 fine per day.

WHAT IS THE BED BREAK DOWN? KING? QUEEN? ETC
Answer:
The bedding for our home is as follows:
Master bedroom has 1 King
Second bedroom has 1 King
Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins)
Fourth bedroom has 2 queens
We are waiting for new photos to be taken of the home as it has new bedding from what the original pictures display.
