Description Description
Single level townhome with HUGE backyard, pet friendly located in Fraser and is a wonderful family rental offers a large space and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is nearby the main entrance.
The main living area has vaulted ceilings, lots of comfortable sofas surrounding the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The remodeled full kitchen has a large breakfast bar area, stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the dining area has large table and plenty of chairs to comfortably seat up to 6.
A small sun room area off the dining area has been converted into a game room with mountain views and foosball table. Toward the main entrance of the unit is a washer and dryer as well.
A wonderful outside space is accessible from the main living room and provides a large backyard to play games, enjoy the outdoors, BBQ grill, picnic table for outside dining. On the private deck, you can enjoy a nice soak in the private hot tub after a day of adventures.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV. A second bedroom also has Queen bed and in the 3rd bedroom a set of bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. The 2 bathrooms have been updated with new tile, flooring and vanities.
NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on or in the property.

Great Location
Great location for all our winter activities. Convenient to walk to grocery and Fraser shops. The place was very clean and taken care of, lots of space out back for our dogs to play. Hot tub was bonus! We Would definitely stay again!!

I thought the house was perfect
Our family had such a great time at this house from the hot tub, sledding at the Fraser hill and making cookies with the fire. We would love to see the area in the summer.

We would stay here again!
Cozy condo located close to ski areas and town. Great backyard with access to river path. Nice deck with spotless hot tub. Roomy enough for two couples and a baby.

Great stay
Great stay close to the slopes and shops. Loved the outdoor spacious hot tub and ample living room and kitchen. Perfect for our large family.

Very comfy, cozy, and spacious.
As advertised in the photos and description. Only disappointment was that we bought food to grill for dinner only to find out the propane for the grill was empty. It was too late to call for assistance.

absolutely loved our stay here!
the place is so cute, hot tub ran perfectly and is nice and private, and the furniture and beds are really comfortable. I loved how many towels there were- plenty for all of us to hot tub and shower without running out. kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. overall, such a cozy place! the one thing I'll say is that we couldn't locate any all purpose cleaner to clean kitchen counters etc, just pet cleaning supplies. id absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful!!

Enjoyed everything!
I loved this little place! My group and I felt right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities and very clean! It was very cozy and the hot tub tied it all together. It was so beautiful to be in the hot tub with the snow fall. 10/10 would come again!

Nice location and area
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is great, right along the river trail and very walkable to places in town. We really enjoyed the beautiful aspen tree next to the hot tub and back deck area. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. We were really pleased with how stocked the kitchen was with good knifes and pans. One minor issue was resolved quickly and we have only good things to say about our stay!

Amazing location!
The townhouse was comfortable and well decorated with everything we could need. We loved the fireplace and how easy it was to walk on the trail and to the town of Fraser. Our dog loved the huge backyard. Would stay again!

Great location!!
Super quick walk to the town of Fraser. The hot tub was really nice for the cool morning and evenings. Lots of grass space in the back to walk our dog.

Very nice place
Very nice place in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for a group of friends. A nearby path along the stream was great for taking my dogs for a walk.

Great place for our family, and Bruce too!
This was a great location, loved having the backyard and hot tub. Our beagle, Bruce, loved it too. So nice to walk up the street to the river trail, see the mountains all around. Thank you for sharing your home with us, hope to be back someday.
