The main living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy sofas surrounding a wood burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The fully remodeled kitchen includes a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets and countertop space for easy meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a spacious table and enough chairs to comfortably seat up to 6 people.
The dining area features a small sunroom that has been transformed into a game room with stunning mountain views and a foosball table. Adjacent to the main entrance of the unit, you will find a washer and dryer.
A spacious outside area is accessible from the main living room, offering a large backyard for games, outdoor entertainment, a BBQ grill, and picnic table for al fresco dining. Relax on the private deck and unwind in the hot tub after a day of adventures.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a TV. A second bedroom also features a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds for the kids. The two bathrooms have been recently updated with new tile, flooring and vanities.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The property was nice, simple, and clean. We really enjoyed the location, which accommodated several extended family members with the mixed sleeping arrangement options. We appreciate the open space in the back yard for our dog to run. Very comfy, cozy, and spacious.

absolutely loved our stay here!
the place is so cute, hot tub ran perfectly and is nice and private, and the furniture and beds are really comfortable. I loved how many towels there were- plenty for all of us to hot tub and shower without running out. kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. overall, such a cozy place! the one thing I'll say is that we couldn't locate any all purpose cleaner to clean kitchen counters etc, just pet cleaning supplies. id absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful!!Erin P from Lexington KY - Posted: 12/19/2023

Enjoyed everything!
I loved this little place! My group and I felt right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities and very clean! It was very cozy and the hot tub tied it all together. Nice location and area
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is great, right along the river trail and very walkable to places in town. We really enjoyed the beautiful aspen tree next to the hot tub and back deck area. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. We were really pleased with how stocked the kitchen was with good knifes and pans. Perfect Home Base for Exploring Fraser/Winter Park
Great house for a group! The living area was plenty spacious, and the open back yard was enjoyed by all. Be warned if you are traveling with dogs that other dogs seem to roam this neighborhood freely, often walking right through the backyard. We didn't mind this at all and my dog made several friends! House is also located near the river path so it's a quick and lovely walk into town. Would definitely stay here again! Only recommendation is that we were not sent a password to the wifi and the service wasn't great. We did ultimately find it in a binder on a bookshelf, but would've been appreciated up front or when I sent a message asking for it!Emily B. - Posted: 10/5/2023

Great location!!

Great place for our family, and Bruce too!
