The main living area is furnished for comfort, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors, and is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a small breakfast bar, tile flooring, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. A private deck with a BBQ grill is conveniently located off the kitchen.


This 4-bedroom unit boasts 3 master suites for added comfort during your stay. Suite #1 on the main floor has a King bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tiled shower.


The upper loft area provides a quiet retreat from the main floor, with Suite #2 featuring a King bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower, and a large soaking tub. Suite #3 offers vaulted ceilings, a King bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with dual vanities, tiled flooring, and shower.


The lower level of the home includes a washer and dryer, as well as the fourth bedroom area with a Queen/Queen bunk bed, perfect for kids. The attached bathroom has dual vanities and a shower.


Additional amenities include free WI-FI, floor radiant heating, no air conditioning, access to the free town shuttle, and proximity to hiking and biking trails.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the property according to the Homeowner Association rules. Any guests found smoking or bringing pets will be subject to a $200 fine per day as these rules are strictly enforced.

Thanks for a great stay!
Extremely spacious and well maintained. The fireplace was marvelous. Short drive to Winter Park. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Conveniently located behind the Safeway and close to restaurants. Perfect for large groups. Would stay again!

Loved our stay
Our group of 8 absolutely loved our stay at this condo for our annual ski trip. Wonderful, spacious layout and a well-stocked kitchen. The living room was a comfortable space for us to all watch the Super Bowl! Very close to the shuttle to Winter Park base. The host was responsive to questions during our stay.

This property is in Fraser and approximately 4 miles to downtown Winter Park.

Is there a Hot Tub for guests to use?

There is not a hot tub on property, however, there is the local Grand Park Recreation Center that is 2 miles away that you can pay for a day pass to use.
