The kitchen offers small breakfast bar area with additional seating for 3 persons, tile flooring, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A small private deck with BBQ grill is just off the kitchen for easy meal prep as well.
A unique and special quality of this 4 bedroom unit, there are 3 master suites to provide that extra comfort on your vacation. The main floor has Suite #1 with King bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and full bathroom with dual vanities and tiled shower.
The upper loft area offers a bit more seclusion and quiet from the main floor and has Suite #2 with King bed, flat screen TV and bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower and large soaking tub. Suite #3 offers vaulted ceilings, King Bed, flat screen TV and bathroom with dual vanities, tiled flooring and shower.
The lower level of the home offers a washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom area with plenty of space to enjoy the flat screen TV, playing games or relaxing. There is a Queen/Queen bunk bed – perfect for the kids to have their own private area and attached bathroom has dual vanity and shower.
Other amenities include free WI-FI access, no air conditioning, on the free town shuttle, in floor radiant heating throughout and nearby hiking and biking trails.
NO SMOKING AND NOT PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
