Recently renovated, this townhome boasts new carpeting, furnishings, and interior designs. The ground floor entry provides access to a one-car garage, which includes storage space for outdoor equipment, as well as a laundry room and an interior area for removing coats, shoes, and other items not stored in the garage.
The main level showcases hardwood flooring throughout and offers a wonderful space to enjoy the private deck, which is accessible from the living room. This deck provides stunning mountain views, a BBQ area, and outdoor dining options. The living room is furnished with cozy seating surrounding a lovely gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, seamlessly integrating with the dining and kitchen areas in an open floor plan.
The dining area accommodates up to six guests at the main table, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Just a few steps away is the modern kitchen, equipped with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, perfect for those wishing to prepare meals for their group during their vacation.
This level also features a spacious bedroom that can sleep up to five guests, furnished with a twin bunk bed and a Captain’s Bunk, making it an ideal retreat for children of all ages. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway of this level.
On the top level of the townhome, guests can find tranquility in the primary bedroom suite, which includes a king-size bed and access to a second private deck featuring an outdoor hot tub. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a day filled with activities and adventures, or to simply enjoy the breathtaking view of the starry nights. A full bathroom is also available on this level.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect for what we had planned and made it easy to enjoy family time. The locks were a little tricky at first, but the host was very responsive and quick to help. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t available our first night, but they made it right by issuing a credit and even followed up with a personal call, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience.
