Your family’s cooks will love preparing comforting meals in the gourmet kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with a lot of custom cabinetry. Guests can enjoy seating at the large dining room table nearby and offers plenty of space for everyone at mealtimes.
This main level has two bedrooms each with a double bed and access to the main hallway bathroom.
On the second level, there is a large open living space that overlooks the main living room below and has a dedicated work station, twin trundle bed for extra sleeping options. The primary suite has a king-sized bed and full bathroom.
The lower level of the home includes an open floor plan encompassing a game room, half bathroom, laundry room and two sets of twin trundle beds - ideal for a children’s private escape.
The home is located within close proximity to downtown Grand Lake and nearby shops, restaurants and local outdoor recreation including 5 minutes from the Grand Lake championship 18 hole golf course, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and boating on 3 nearby lakes including Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Lake Granby.
Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs, or Columbine Lake. Parking is not allowed on any Columbine Lake road or community property.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI, Smart TVS, guests can use personal streaming services.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots in front of the garage with additional spots in the open area across from the driveway. Please no parking on the complex roads.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
