A third floor condo rental offers two interior levels and 548 square feet of living space and free in unit wi-fi access.
The main living area has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with VCR NO cable, access to a private deck with mountain views and a queen sofa sleeper. Additional bedding is provided by a queen murphy bed. No air conditioning.
A small dining area has seating for 4 persons adjacent to the main kitchen area. The full kitchen has all dishes, pots, pans and utensils supplied.
A full bathroom is on the main level of the unit. The upper open loft area has a half bathroom and two twin beds that overlooks the living area below.
Please note that this rental has a no pet policy and the Vista building does not permit smoking outside within 15 feet of the building.
Guest must walk 1/16th of a mile to the free town shuttle bus stop.
