Next to this area, the dining area and kitchen are great for the cook to interact with the rest of the group while preparing meals. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The small powder room bathroom is easily accessible from this area as well. Guest can enjoy the private deck during the summer for meals with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and star gaze in the private hot tub.

On the lower level of the town home a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room, large mud room area from the garage where you can park 1 car, no air conditioning.

This was a great home for our family
The bus stop was right around the corner from the home and took us to the ski hill each day. Restaurants and shops were a 5 minute walk away which made getting into town really easy. The listing was exactly what it said it would be. It was quiet and clean. The garage was an added bonus in the winter with all of our ski gear. It is an end unit and with a lot of snow you are best off backing into the garage, but that wasn't an issue for us. We would recommend this place to others staying in Winter Park. You responded to all of our questions right away and made it a really stress free trip-thank you!

Family Easter get-together
We were all very comfortable. Plenty of room to visit, play games and eat. Hot tub and bright stars are always a big plus. Love the heated pads leading to the hot tub. Had everything we needed .

awesome place
Stayed for 10 days for a local artists' event, and my family and a few friends joining me on the weekends. So far they enjoyed it. Best value IMHO, and best location. Best value and will rent again if I'm in town.

This place is spectacular!
We had reserved another property and arrived to find there was construction all around it and no way to enter. What started as a bit of a nightmare for six friends meeting up who were from the Front Range and Wine Country, turned out to be a very lucky break. The spotless, well designed, delightful condo right across from the Winter Park Blues Festival was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and dining room were a wonderful, safe place to cook and gather for memorable moments. The rooftop deck and hot tub was a dream. The two master suites were spacious and beautiful. Only one complaint, which is unavoidable. The sound of trains interrupted sleep right on schedule, twice a night. Glorious stay, kudos to the hosts!

Absolutely loved this property!
This condo was immaculate, new and fabulously decorated. Located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo was so well stocked with spices, pans and cooking accessories. Will definitely rent again next time we come to winter park!

Beautiful view out of living room
This condo was in a great location for restaurants, it was very clean and well stocked, except could use more towels & wash cloths. It would have been nice to have TV's in all bedrooms. The construction around it was a big negative and you are not told there is construction around the back & side! Did get tired of seeing porta potties & heavy equipment. The garage is extremely hard to get in & out of, with all the snow! And the only way to get into the condo is through the garage, So when we walked to dinner, we would always have to walk to the back of the condo (which is not convenient) to open the door. All in all it was a good trip.

Gorgeous, Cozy, Fabulous!!!
The very best, cozy, comfortable, gorgeous! Truly homey and warm! We loved every second of our amazing stay! Roof hot tub has amazing views and truly one in a million accommodations! Owners have just the loveliest touches. W&D a plus and full size 2 car garage ... truly what More could you want? Great location. We walked everywhere. We will definitely be back! Year round stays essential! Truly a stellar home!

Answer:

Currently the Grand County public health does have a 1 family rule in place for new reservations that arrive and depart between the dates of 12/19-1/4

Is there a shuttle to the base of Winter Park and if so, how far is the shuttle from the house?

Yes the free town shuttle does stop in front of the complex and it is approximately 50 yards from the home.
