The main level (second floor of the unit) is perfect for families or groups with an open floor plan with hardwood flooring encompassing living, dining and kitchen. The living room provides a spot to enjoy the flat screen television, gas fireplace, ceiling fan to cool off during the warmer summer months, and access to a private deck with BBQ grill where you can enjoy outdoor dining and magnificent views. The dining spot has a spot for four guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar for up to four guests. The gourmet kitchen provides plenty of space for meal preparation, high-end stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and granite countertops.
The primary suite has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower enclosure. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen television. In the main hallway is the second full bathroom and a bunk room with Captain’s bunk (double on the button, twin on the top), flat screen television and arcade golf game. This level also has the washer and dryer.
The top (fourth level) of the townhome is reserved for a wet bar and access to the rooftop area to enjoy the mountain views, a private outdoor hot tub to enjoy a soak after a day of adventures and activities in the area or admire the starry skies at night.
The ground floor of the townhome has a private patio on the back side of the townhome with an entry door, access to the 2 car garage and a bedroom with queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television and hallway bathroom with single vanity and tiled shower enclosure.
Townhome amenities include 1,500 square feet of beautifully designed living space, washer and dryer on the second floor, private patio, 2 private decks, private outdoor hot tub, gas BBQ grill.
Parking - 2 car garage for smaller vehicles that can park in tandem. Please note there is street parking for 1 vehicle on the back side of the townhome.
Located in Winter Park's vibrant downtown, you are on Main Street and able to walk to shops, restaurants, access to a variety of hiking and biking trails. Seasonal activities include outdoor concerts, festivals, skate park and snow sledding across the street at the Rendezvous Event Center. The free town shuttle will stop in front of the complex. Located 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort, 4 miles to Fraser and 20 minutes to Granby or 40 minutes to Grand Lake.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
