Main Floor (Second Level) The open-concept layout features the main living room, dining area, and kitchen. All areas are elegantly highlighted by hardwood flooring, a ceiling fan, and modern mountain-chic furnishings, providing a comfortable space to unwind by the gas fireplace or watch the flat-screen television. You also have access to a private deck where you can take in the stunning mountain and downtown views, along with a small workstation for those who need to catch up on emails or browse through vacation photos. Adjacent to the living area, the gourmet kitchen boasts quartz countertops, wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and seating for up to seven guests at the breakfast bar, perfect for mealtime. Additionally, there is an entrance to the unit from the rear of the building, which includes a small private patio equipped with a BBQ grill.
Third Floor: This level features a washer and dryer conveniently located in a closet at the top of the staircase, along with three bedrooms designed for restful nights after fun-filled days of outdoor activities. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, a flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, also includes a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen television, and numerous windows that offer a delightful mountain view, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a single vanity sink and a tiled shower enclosure.
The third bedroom is situated in a small open alcove and contains one single twin bed and a custom-built twin bunk bed, along with a flat-screen television.
Top Floor (Fourth Level) This level is dedicated solely to the rooftop deck, which is furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a summer meal or refreshments while taking in the night air and mountain vistas. The private outdoor hot tub provides a wonderful opportunity for relaxation, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking views or the starry night sky.
First Floor (Ground Level) On this level of the townhome, you will find access from the two-car garage, along with a mudroom area that provides storage for jackets, coats, and footwear. The bedroom located on this floor features a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, custom-built shelving, a flat-screen television, and a full bathroom equipped with a single vanity sink and a tub/shower enclosure.

House Rules: No smoking is allowed and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
