This 3 bedroom unit offers plenty of space for your and your family to stretch out and enjoy! The open floor plan features hardwood flooring throughout the living and kitchen spaces, which compliments the modern furnishings and ambiance and newer carpeting in the bedrooms.
The living room has a ceiling fan to cool off during the warmer summer months, a comfortable sofa that surrounds the gas fireplace and flat screen television and offers a secondary sitting area which is perfect to enjoy reading a book, doing a crossword puzzle or enjoying the mountain views. With access to the private deck from this area you can view the slopes of Granby Ranch and enjoy a break to relax after your day of adventures. The dining area will seat up to eight guests and provides easy access to the fully equipped kitchen during meal times. The breakfast bar also has seating for up to three guests and a view of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.
The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a wonderful spot for the kids in the group with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.
Additional unit amenities for you to take advantage of in the room is a washer and dryer, mud room at the entry for each storage of your outdoor gear. Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI.
Building amenities include elevator access to the unit as it is on the third floor of the building. Underground parking, dedicated ski locker and common area lounge.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer has outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
Parking: 1 parking spot inside the garage. A parking pass with dates is required and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. This pass will be sent to guests a week before arrival and must be printed ahead of time.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

We can allow for one extra child in the room - please keep in mind that there are only towels and kitchen dishes for 8 people.
