Guests will enjoy easy access to the slopes, private patio with mountain views, 3 bedrooms, large windows for viewing the surrounding outdoors and 1 car garage parking. Guests also have access to the clubhouse with paid amenities - there's something to do any time of the year!
This 3 bedroom unit provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the open floor plan features with hardwood flooring throughout the main entry level which compliments the modern interior design, furnishings and large living room windows that provide a remarkable mountain view. The living room has comfortable sofas that surround the gas fireplace, flat screen television and a ceiling fan to promote a cooler environment during the warmer summer days. This area has access to the private patio where you can view the slopes of Granby Ranch and enjoy a break to relax after your day of adventures. Adjacent to the living area, the dining area will seat up to six guests and provides easy access to the gourmet kitchen during meal times and has a breakfast bar with two additional spots. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. This ground level of the townhome also has a half bathroom, laundry room and primary bedroom suite.
The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure and large soaking tub.
On the upper floor of the townhome are the remaining two bedrooms and second full bathroom that is shared between them in the hallway. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed.
Additional unit amenities for you to take advantage of in the room are a laundry area with washer and dryer, mud room at the entry for each storage of your outdoor gear, 1 car garage parking. Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
Parking: 1 car garage and 1 additional car in the driveway only - there is no street parking allowed.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
