Guests will enjoy the very spacious interior with high-end finishes and multi-level space. The vacation rental offers more than enough space for group of eight. The laundry room comes in handy for shorter or longer stays.
The open floor plan for the main kitchen also includes the dining room that overlooks the sunken living room, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bar with seating for 3 and small alcove with loves seat sofa and access to private deck providing mountain views.
The main living room offers high ceilings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings to relax and a second private deck.
The first master suite is on the upper floor with king bed and large en-suite bathroom complete with double vanity, tiled shower enclosure.
The second master suite is also on this floor and includes a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The third bedroom bunk room is also on this level.
On the lower level of the town home is a small open den area with sofa to relax - great spot for the kids! The bathroom has shower and tub with tile counter vanity.
Additional amenities include heated tile floors in bathrooms and laundry room, 3 private decks and 2 car garage with parking for 1 car outside of the garage for a total of 3 vehicles. On the free town shuttle route but guests will need to walk 1/8 of a mile to the shuttle stop.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE daily and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
